I have a confusion regarding the overtime amount of workers. My question is that while preparing the annual returns for minimum wages, payment of wages act and Clra act annual returns etc, Whether the overtime amount shall be consider in Total wages paid in cash or not.
Also My area labour enforcement officer are forcing me to submit the annexure along with these Annual returns for inspecting the calculation of mandays and Total wages paid in cash.If there is an ideal format for calculating this, please share with me.
Kindly advise me in this matter so that i can act accordingly.
