Hi,
I am a Masters student at SNDT Women's University, Mumbai; pursuing my M.Sc in Ergonomics and Resource Management. I am currently working as an intern. Under the internship, I am doing a research project on Ergonomic Workplace Assessment. I have designed a questionnaire for the HR/ Admin managers to gain knowledge about their assessment of the workplace ergonomics of their organization.
The questionnaire provides an insight into how workplace ergonomics affects employee concerns about their physical ailments; employee education about how to maintain a good posture and various features of the office furniture to facilitate easy use; about how the current ergonomic design affects the productivity of the employees.
ERGONOMICS is an important aspect of every organization as it directly affects the efficiency and productivity of the organization.
Along with this post, I am attaching 2 links; one contains the questionnaire and the other contains an informative video about ergonomics.
