Standing Order is applies to every industrial establishment wherein one hundred or more workmen are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months. The Procedure is you have to make your own Standing Order in your own language as well as English. 5 No of copies has to submit in Labour Commissioner Office. ACL will come to your Factory and talk with the Workers Committee about Standing Order which you have submitted. Then he will give the Certified Standing Order to you.
