This has to inform you that our company name has changed from date........ as (new name) Ensure to update in your record. Any further correspondence will be done using new name/identity as................
Also the reponsible person of each department should process for the name change in respective Government Departments, Banks, etc and report the same to management without any delay.

And need to submit all Govt bodies local, state & central with memorandum of article and board resolution , certificate received from the Registraror of companies changing name immediately and seek acknowledgement. you may use any type of news media for common public , associates, vendors, customers.
