Dear Archana,
I dont think so that you can face another interview while you have already hired and worked for 6 months but yeah a little chit chat or discussion about your responsibilities on previous branch can take place between you and your new boss and colleagues.

Dear Archana,
I do not belive you have to face another interview as you did not leave the organization but were on leave. If the company approved your leave and has changed your place for reporting for work to another location then you might have to undergo an orientation programme. It is always better to get to know your new rperting boss and HR represenative to get better oriented to expectations.
All the best!

You said you took two months leave. I am assuming it was an approved leave. U also said you are joining same company in another branch. Is it an internal transfer? Who have you been coordinating with regarding this transfer (from HR)? Have you received addendum to your appointment letter (regarding transfer i.e.)? Facts needed to answer your question.
