The process remains the same, except that instead of meeting them in person, you do everything online (Zoom, Skype, Go to Meeting) etc are some of the tools used for the virtual on-boarding.
Your Virtual On-Boarding can comprise of:
1. HR Induction & Orientation
2. Virtual meet and Greet (with the Immediate Manager, team members, Senior Management)
3. Planning the training (if required)
nothing is complicated.
