Please help to draft a mail for taking approval from the hire management. Our company's Group Medical Insurance for staff getting due on 2 July & i have not received the quotation on time from the agent due to which i am not able to submit the question on time for approval. Kindly help with the effective email to get the bosses approval in this situation.
