Dear Friend,
It is good to hear from you that you are interested in doing courses in HR field, but first of all I would like to know about you that what do you do and what is your qualification and your job profile. Now a days companies are very much professional in terms of their role and hiring.

Dear Sneha,
In my opinion, as of now what you have done is enough.
May be, I dont know your capability on English Language(Spoken,written- both instantly/spontanneously) that will prove you to be a Good/Efficient Manager.
Better get into some job and then you do any courses on need basis.
In the mean time develop your soft skills on various aspects.
If you still insist for a course you may do some course General Psychology which may be interesting as well as may be usefull for your career too.
I wish you all the best,

Dear All,
You can either learn SAP-HR Modules or anyother latest Software which teaches you for application of Computers in HR Operation. For payroll admininistration, HRA, Recruitment, Performance Management, etc. these Software domains will be highly useful. Also you can upgrade yourself by way of some certification courses/exams like CIPD or SHRM to match yourself with International Standard of HR Practice.
