If your organization was covered under ESIC more than 5 years and you were also the member of ESIC entire period, for non payment you have to pay penalty.
Now you can scan your 5 years data on the basis of coverage statutory limit in each year based on your monthly gross and if identified some period you were out of purview of ESIC, then you may save some contribution and penalty.
