If a skilled person salary is 7000 then what will be his basic salary.

the minimum wages of any state is considered as basic salary no bifircation is allowed as per minimum wages act. Normally contractos or company are spilting it for saving of PF but legally and as per minimum wages act it is not allowed.

we are from security company having contracts pan india one of the client contract is four to five guards each distt of states of india. Do we need to have contractor lieence.
If we are four to five guards in few states, do we require psara licence.
