Dear Forum Members,
People Management Capability is critical for managers who have other functional specializations. While there are either short term seminar courses introducing HRM to non-HR Managers, or there are year-long (or longer) options which require physical attendance.
In order to facilitate 'anyone, anytime, anywhere' learning philosophy, the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) 'HRM for Non-HR Managers' has been developed at Gujarat University and is supported by Swayam, the e-learning platform of the Ministry of HRD.
The course is free except for the final examination fee under the UGC Guideliones. Please register and share with those who may benefit from it.
