Honestly speaking if you completed your M.B.A & "you know something" then i would request you to please do your M.B.A Properly.. i completed my M.B.A in 2008 specialization Finance, got in the field of HR as payroll for only 3mts & i know everything about H.R.. its how you love your work.. If you really want to be in HR please love your work & you will know everything..

If you don't have the guts to share your knowledge as you said,"I know everything about HR", you should not give personal comments. No man on this earth is perfect. I can fail you in your Interview on HR Topics on the basis of my 20 years experience. After such a long experience I still don,t boast that " know everything about HR". Don't be so decisive about yourself and others. This platform is to share your knowledge with others who don't have much of experience. Even you didn't took your studies properly neither did you earned your job as per your qualification as you did your MBA in Fin. and managed only a job in HR. It shows that either the employers didn't found any Finance stuff in you or you didn't had confidence in yourself. Stop criticising others, even I had to do this to teach a lesson to you and I am sorry for that.
As far as the original question of Ms. Priya is concerned I shall give her some assistance in the afternoon as I am short of time now.
