Nice work jagjeet,
In form 19 sheet "DETAIL SHEET FORMS" full postal address : if you write long address in sheet than the data does not fit in the given cell of "Form-19 (withdrawl)", but it show correctly in sheet "form-10-c".
kindly correct this.

I appreciate for your P.F.Form in excle format. I have confusion in form 5 and 10. If more than one emplyees joine the service or left the service in a month at that time how can we prepare form 5 and 10. In your form we can select only one employees. Please reply me.
