I feel underpaid. What should I do during this time to upskill. I am an HR by profession with 10 years of experience in Ops roles, changed 4 companies and still feel that have learnt nothing during my career. To all the people, if there is anything you can guide, please do.

First of all you would like to know that, you have changed 4 companies in how many years. Apart from that in case if you do not follow the following up skill personalities being an HR person will not satisfy your position.
Assess your current workforce, Create employee development plans, Create a succession plan,
Perform a gap analysis, Decide if/how to increase resources for the future.
i.e Set goals for the ups-killing process, Allocate training time for employees, Encourage employees to have personal development plans (PDPs), Have a dedicated learning space at work,
Utilize personalized learning, Create a post-training plan.
