Greeting for the day!
I am working in a retail sector, and basically i have to inform all the employees that their pending Privilege and Casual Leaves have been cancel by the management, they will be entitle for this year 2019's PL and CL leaves. and they can use this year's cl and pl in this current year only, it can't be carry forward in next year. Please help me to write a impressive mail regarding this information.
