Hello friends ,
I am currently drafting an appointment letter for the CEO of our new company . Would like to know, as per the latest trend, w.r.t. compensation & benefit details, would it be a good idea to continue in the same letter or rather have the breakup structure in a separate annexure?
Any thing else in particular to consider while drafting this appointment letter?
