Are bank charges and consultation fee recognised as a Deduction for TDS?

Hello,
Please help me with TDS calculation. One of our employee said that he paid some amount for Bank charges and consultation fee. Are those recognised as a Deduction?
Please help me with your valuable answer.

Dear Sandip, Ideally if it is for home loan then only the principle amount paid and interest amount paid pertaining to home loan are only to be considered as per the limit prescribed.
