One of a Software and technology company (MNC) in India has approached us for a proposal on Recruitment process outsourcing but since we are already working for a competitor company, we are not able to provide them with the services.
Basically they are looking for a proposal on full or partial Recruitment Process Outsourcing, which must include two full time HR from the vendor working from client site.
In partial RPO, they are looking for a proposal on rates and process of working to complete a niche requirement of 100 positions by October'2010. In this case they will be outsourcing the work to 2 vendors only but at a lower rates ( i.e. less than 8.33% which is present market rate of permanent staffing) since it will be exclusive to this 2 vendors and whichever vendors has better performance will end up with the exclusivity of that particular requirement for future, in other words, whenever a requirement on that particular technicals comes, that particular vendor will work on that requirement exclusively. and of course this proposal should also contain rates for full time HR from the vendor at client location.
Any consulting company interested in working with this company can forward a proposal with rates for services to .
After shortlisting the proposal, two best proposal will be forwarded to the client and the clients name will be revealed to the consulting company.
