hey can u pls. help me i am working in partnership co. which is manufacturing fire equipments. we have 85 employee's in our H O the problem is that my company HR person resign with immediate effect and suddly management had deside to hand over all HR responsibilty to me and i don't knw anything abt HR i am basically Purchase department. am just 23 yrs girl i hv given my T.Y.B.com exam this year only and i don't want to loose this opportunity can u pls. advice me to wht to do my e-mail id is
