actually i'm a fine arts graduate based in bangalore............i've worked in the Design field for two years.........now i have joined a Design company, where, the management has recognised good inter-personal skills, good writing skills and a certain amount of leadership quality in me...........
i've been asked to join the corporate communication team.........but i've no formal training in HR Management or Corporate Communications, other than Graphic Design and the afore-mentioned qualities............
keeping this in mind, i invite HR professionals who have worked/are working with Design studios or are acquainted with such..........

We are in a mode to refine our policies.My company is into product development company(software).This is into its 3 year opearation.
