I need your suggestions for the following scenarios.
If a company has employed a senior official, who is assigning the task, and this tasks are assigned to all others except the person who is intreated and ready to do, and if that person requests for assignments,they say they will give and they dont give,this happened to my friend how to deal with such situations?
