Mr. xxxxx was working in our Company from 01 April 2011 to 30 April 2018. We had submitted his PF Claim form on July 2018. Now 4 months has completed and Still he receive only Form 10c amount Rs.24955/- in his account. But the Claim Status Shows the PF Form-19 amount has been settled and the payment sent on 24 Aug 2018. Yet he did not receive form 19 (EPF Final Settlement) amount. we contact PF office they told the particular Bank IFSc Code wrong entry have been made in PF Office. Please help him out in receiving his PF Amount.
