hi evryone, i want to do a research project in my 3rd sem on the topic collaboration of line managers with HR,i want to know how do i go abaout it ,particularly focussing on retail sector...plz gve me some suggestions.

Hi Wishwa, you have to understand the concept of your project work. I mean you have to start with CONTENT and have to work on the Elements of your RETAIL INDUSTRY.
But firs you have to decide whether you wanna research on "Retail industry in india" or "International RETAIL".
Later you have to start and need to go for the Definition & Meaning of RETAIL which is a basic need of this Project/Research Report. Thereafter, you work on THE EVOLUTION OF INDIAN RETAIL INDUSTRY if you wanna work in RETAIL IN INDIA.
