We are receiving proposal for imparting training to our workforce for free. These agencies are saying that these trainings are funded by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) a Government of India wing.These trainings are being organised nationwide. After completion of training people will get monetary reward of Rs. 3750/-. Would you please share whether such type of trainings are worth or not.

NSDC is giving Rs. 10,000 per student if he clears (depending on the course). Few course value is Rs. 7500 as well. Kindly go through the site nsdcindia.org you will get the better idea.
Rs. 1000 is mandate fees for the students which has to be paid in starting. This is examination fees Govt agencies are charging.
The figure you have of Rs. 3750 must have you got from some training partner. Before starting the project I advice to go through the project.
