As for as my observation, I'm finding lot of humorous and unrelated. As this is a web related to relate all HR people to share the knowledge and it really helping many.
What do you say....................
Would you like to see only humorous (poems, Love msgs...........) postings in this form?

Hi Shiva,
There is not a prob while posting in Humour section coz its also req to us ....but u r ryt .....lot of topics are cming in humour section and other Hr related topics are being hided ...so my thinking is dat ....a person should be able only one post in humour section in a whole day ..then it wil be control ....wat say others.....

This is not about serious discussions, now a days Im finding most of them as subjected. Yes, we should have some fun but not only fun. For fun we have other forms alot.

Shiv Why don't u concentrate on other forum than Humor.. if u dont like posting's then just ignore and concentrate in other forums...
there r so many posting in this forum coz people wants li'll humor in their daily hectic schedule full of tesions, and thus they get releived... and they really enjoy this
that's y so many views.....
Those who r not intersted just ignore visiting this section of citeHR... no one is compulsating you to read this and comment..

That is a good point kanaka/Chitra, CiteHR does have other forms as well. But postings are more in this segment, and which is effecting other good postings in the stream line with thies unuseful..........
