Can anyone share the offer letter for the employee who has changed his profile in the same organization? In my organization, few employees changed their profile from Nontechnical to technical.

Dear Hr3technologies,

Your post is a little confusing. The heading of your post is "Offer Letter Required For IGP". What is IGP?

Secondly, when a job candidate is found fit for the employment the companies issue him/her the "Offer Letter". Once the candidate joins the company, the utility of the offer letter ceases to exist. The selected candidate becomes an employee and the "Appointment Letter" is issued to him/her. In the appointment letter, primarily the terms and conditions of employment are mentioned.

However, your post starts with the sentence "Can anyone share the offer letter for the employee who have changed his profile in the same organization?" For the change of profile of the employees on the rolls of the company, where is the question of the issue of offer letter? Neither they need to be given the appointment letter as there is no question of the issue of the appointment letter a second time.

If the profile of the employee has been changed then you may issue to him/her a copy of the Job Description (JD). The JD will mention whom this position reports to, the scope of the duties, any specific job requirement, licenses required to perform the duties and so on.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
