What is gross salary means in new ECR format please clarify? Because Gross wages included lot of Components (like,HRA,Conveyance,other allowance,night shit allowance,medical etc).
lets take example:
Two Employees Earning Given Below:-
Components Amount
Emply 1 Basic 35574 Monthy
HRA 12451 Monthy
Con 1600 Monthy
Mobile All 700 Monthy
Other all 29081 Monthy
Medical Reim 4955 One Time
Gross Wages 84361
Emply 2 Components Amount
Basic 16922 Monthly
HRA 5923 Monthly
Con 1600 Monthly
Mobile All 700 Monthly
Other all 11183 Monthly
Medical all 1250 Monthly
El encash 6205 One Time
LTA 25000 One Time
Night Shift 200 Depand upon Nights
Other Time 2000 Depand upon working hours

Now My Question is that, what should I consider Gross for PF as per new ECR?
Whether monthly Components or whatever we paid in a month.
