Respected Seniors,

What course of action should be taken if an employee expresses reluctance to have his Provident Fund (PF) deducted, considering that he had already undergone deductions in his previous employment?

Hi, You cannot exclude an employee from PF who is already contributing to PF. You may brief the employee about the benefits of having PF as a compulsory savings , Pension benefits involved, EDLI etc.
