I have always tried working hard for a particular task keeping in mind, that i have a social life as well and need to give some time to my kid and hubby also.
Also one thing i would like to share is, i always try that i don't take work at home and don't involve into personal issue's while working...
This practice comes with experience, what you say all senior people on this topic of mine....

Sapna: I appreciate what you have said....One has to strike balance between personal and professional life...and being a working woman it is difficult to do it.....You are taking care of your hubby and Child and also doing great in professional life...........It is really good.....It is not everyone's cup of tea to keep balance....I am still single so have not faced this situation...Hope i could do the same...If i face some problem, will come to you only........ :) :) :) :) :)

for any matter .... say an article, a joke, a presentation, general discussion .. name anything we can get it in this cite .... u guys are adding value to this cite...
i can say its a plce to hang out .... u people madeit very lively. sometime u discuss a matter very seriously, some time u give and take suggestions, u guide us, u motive us and, make us laugh, u fight with each other ( all girls with amit) and some times u guys move us emotionally( sari madam..... )
