Competencies for top management are as below:

(a) Establishing focus

(b) Strategic Thinking

(c) Ability to empower others

(d) Entrepreneurial orientation

(e) Conceptual thinking and

(f) Analytical thinking

Not many managers are aware about the competencies that are required for their position be them juniors or seniors. Top level management personnel also have responsibility to know what competencies are required for junior level and train them or groom them.

I conduct training programme on "Managership to Leadership". It is for senior level management personnel only. If you wish then you can hire my services and get your top managers trained.

One caveat here. I request you to deal directly with the training professionals directly rather than dealing with the agents. These agents won't do anything other than outsourcing training assignment further to someone and take their cut in between.
