Hi Simran,
Even i am working in a BPO, according to me you will have Incentive, Extended hours of working, Cab facility are the most common types that can happen.
For this to be resolved you need to be a good mediator between employees and the management

Hi Simran,
Their is nothing called measure.
But you can get to know abt problems through ur obervations, interaction with employee and supervisor on regular intervals.
Probably you can start a grievance cell, wherein employees can come and discuss their issues or drop issues in the drop box(if the employee wants to hide his identity) etc.
Thanks

Hi
You can conduct internal satisfaction survey for various Employee Welfare Measures. Example: Feed back on Canteen/Cafeteria, Recreation facilities, Medical/First aid facilities. Cleanliness of rest rooms, Response of HR to grievance etc. You can conduct these surveys using the following tools:
a) Colour ball presentation: Keep a jar with colour balls (three colours - red represents poor, Blue represents average and green represents good) in the respective area like canteen, recreation center etc and request the employees to pick & place the colour ball of their choice in the empty jar. After getting the feedback, we can prepare a pie chart and analyze the employees' response.
b) Questionnaire: We can use HR project trainees for this purpose. We can get the feedback of the employees on the various HR processes using this tool.
This will help us to identify the areas for improvement and we can arrive at our action plan to improve the satisfaction level of employees.
Thanks & Regards
