I'm Nahian bin-Asadullah from Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is my first post here on this forum & so I decided this to be about a question I have always been confused about. I wanted to know what is equivalent positions for Assistant Vice President? In Bangladesh, most banks follow the presidency designation inside of the organization. However, there are banks who don't follow this type of organogram too. I have noticed that overwhelming majority of the western countries have AVP roles in their companies. Does anyone have any idea as to why this difference?
