I am new new to this site. I dowloaded lot of presentations related to competencies and succession planning and there quite useful. Herewith i have attached a presentation on competency mapping. Hope it will be useful for you guys. I am also in the process of developing functional competencies for our staff. If you have any projects which you have done for your company with regards to competency mapping or succession planning it would be great if you could share it with me.
