In our factory some of the workers joined and formed the union. They have some conditions to the management to fullfill there demands. Now the management is decide to tranfer one employee to another department, but employee is not like to work in that department. the union members are strike for the same. tranfer decision is management side. what we are doing now.. please give some suggestions .
Note : I am not a HR and i am working as a safety officer

With your role, we would suggest you to restrict your duties to the safety of company. Further ask your management to recruit one IR Manager who can handle the situation expeditiously. The role played by you shall not be substituted by HR or IR and vice versa.
