If an employee salary is 15050, No basic and DA for employee only salary... ESIC deducted but no PF as its higher than 15000/- Is it right?

It is right..Employee can also be covered in PF and contribution can be paid with a salary ceiling of 15000/-.

Yes, if the salary is consolidated one and is above Rs 15000, he can be excluded PROVIDED he is not an EXISTING member of PF. Existing PF member means an employee who is already a member of PF.
