Hello,

Please don't think I am rude. Cant you not write simple sentences English ? Is it too difficult to try out something yourself, like a Recipe for a new Dish ? Disastrous recipe may cause even bodily harm if cooked and eaten. However, if you attempt yourself in writing in English, nothing will happen. Never feel shy or hesitate because you may make mistake or something. Unless you attempt, when will you start learning ?

For even writing a leave letter or a resignation letter, youngsters immediately rush to CiteHR. It is really a worrying trend. Why don't you please try out yourself and post it here so that we can at least correct it.

How long do you think, you can go on asking other's help ? Unless you attempt yourself, make mistakes, learn from them, one can never improve in life. Success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration.

Please do make an attempt yourself and come back to us. It will take me just two minutes to give you. What they say is: Instead of giving a fish to the needy everyday, teach the person how to fish ! That is what I am doing here.

Best wishes

Hi
First of all I support Mr.Sundram's point of view that one must make an attempt first and then seek help. I must congratulate Shallu on taking the feedback positively and for making that attempt in drafting the circular.
While the draft is a good attempt, I would suggest that whilst drafting the focus must be on answering the following
What is the subject matter of the mail?
Why is the mail to be send?
Who is the mail to be marked to?
What must the content of the mail include?
What action is needed to be taken by those reading the mail?
Is there any additional information/ input to be enclosed?
In fact in the above draft you have prepared, the tournament structure is a critical element and should form an integral part of your communication.
I am sure Mr.Sundram must have sent you a corrected draft, if not I would suggest you attempt another draft using the pointers given above.
Best Wishes
