I work in one of the top company as tech support on 2 package for 2 yrs, due to internal politics of management I did not get salary hike as normally 2 yr experience guys do, not even company payroll rest of the guys got hike like 3.6 package, now can I edit my salary slip same as others and amount will i get caught in background verification in my next company (I have worked very hard and this guys have put me on bench so my last withdraw salary very less ) please help me what can I do?

Hi,
Never, ever produce fake salary slip or any related documents. In addition to pay slips, employers will check bank statement also and you will get caught easily. I know my recruiter found out some fake pay slips and profiles.
Please don't do this and put your career at risk. Employers won't accept fake candidates no matter how better they are.
Rather, show the actuals and prove your stuff you may get 100% hike also.
Being Honest should be one of the care values for any profession.
