1) Leave Policies that are applicable to a not for profit start up. Mandatory paid leaves for an employee?
2)Public Holidays in India (mandatory).
3) Minimum salary for an employee working for 8 hours a day in this start up (Work week - Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week).
I would appreciate if you can provide a legal link for the same too.
Thanks in advance!
