Hi, All,
It is true that "more work less money" but we don't have to ignore about our satisfaction.
Nowdays in HR function, everywhere you see that manpower is less and work of Burden is very high.There are few companies who have seperate department for each activites of HR but if you want to learn then small companies are good.
So as per my concern,few extent we can consider it but not for long duration.

Thanks Kavita for your response. Pl check with your seniors /management wheather they have any provisions. Generally it will be not be considered unless the course is sponsered by the company. AVS
