I have a question regarding the Labour Welfare Fund.
One establishment has an office in Mumbai, and both PF & ESI registrations are from Mumbai.
Their main activities are from Gujarat, basically they provide services in repairs and maintenance of roads and other construction works to the big private companies/ plants, not for Government.
All the labourers are from Gujarat.
My question is, where to register the Labour Welfare fund? All payments to laborers are done from Mumbai, company don't have any address of Gujarat.

Dear Sir,
As per Gujarat Labour Welfare Fund rules, you have to take registration from Gujarat.
Further you have no Office available in Gujarat for which its make some consequence, for that you have to contact directly with the concern department head.
