We want to take some of our employees on FTC basis (Fix Tenure Contract). I need format of the letter for the same. I have tried on Cite HR and Google also but fail to get it.
So i am requesting you if any one is having such kind of format pls send me.

Thanks for your help. But actually the FTC letter format which i need is not satisfying by this contract letter. Basically i would like to clear that we are going to take Office Boys on Fix Tenure Contract basis for two years.
During that period we will give them extra money for extra hrs worked. i.e. OT (Over Time on Per Hr Basis).
I need such kind of letter which satisfy my want.

you can just edit few lines for the same like
1)'trainee' can be changed to 'designation of office boys'
2)'salary can be changed to 'rate per hour'etc.
you have to do work dear, everything cannot be cooked up for you as per your requirement. just to some needful changes. delete few clause which are not applicable to your requirement.
