I want to know the Standard IT policy regarding no credit of CL, SL, and EL. Currently, my company has 0.5 SL and 0.5 CL credited on the 1st of every month and 1 EL after 1 month's completion, so in Total, there are 6 SL, 6CL, and 12 EL. Is this policy correct and followed in the IT industry?

IT industry comes under the purview Shops and Establishments Act. So you need to follow leave policy as stipulated in Shops and Establishment Act of the respective State your Organisation belongs to.

IT industry has to follow leaves as per S&E Act of respective states. Any additional leave facility can be provided as per company standards, but minimum leaves to be given to employees. EL, SL. ML, ESI leaves as per ACT.

Hi, Please refer to Section 15 Annual Leave with wages for clarity. 12 CL per annum and earned leave maximum 15 days . It will be calculated @ 1 day for every 20 days of his physical attendance.
