These Days I Did Some Tests Myself To Verify The Validity Of Each Test, The Result Seemed A Little Frastrated

I need help from you people.
I am working in a recruitment firm for the past 3.5 years, handling all responsibilities. I have been promised to be given share from the profits made by the firm, as i have been involve in all activities of firm, like handling Business development, recruitment, billing, administration, etc ,
But now i have been told that i will be given a target and only be paid on my performance. which was not there earlier.
And the behaviour of my boss has been changed towards me. He is always abusing me for small issues.
My current salary is 20K per month.
Whether should I leave my job.
Please advice me what to do now.
