I was working in Tech Mahindra for last 2 months as JTA.
Due to serious pain in my spin i was in a Lwp for past 2 months.Regularly,i keep them updated regarding my condition by sending scanned copy of all my medical prescription & reports.
But suddenly my HR called me over the phone & forced me to give resignation.I refused but he told me then we will terminate you.
But we have a bond for 2 yr 1 lakh rupees.
I asked him - i need to pay the bond amount ?
He told me as you have medical reason so you don't need to pay.
so i gave resignation now they are asking for the bond amount & refuses to issue any Experience Certificate & relieving letter.
I returned all accessories belong to them.
But now ,I am feeling hopeless.

You need to speak to the HR head on the saiid issue, as Tech Mahindra is such a big organistaion and doing this type of acts with people is really very suprising.
