Hi,
I can send you a module . Dr.Tushar Guha an expert psychologist and counselor has done intense research in human behavior and all our modules are based on those. We have done similar training with workers of Unitech Group of companies.

Dear Ashraf,
Here is an alternative point of view that you may wish to consider.
You said "strike has been resolved in our favour". The keyword is 'our'. The minute you bring in the difference between 'us' and 'them', you are fighting an uphill battle and you might want to consider training for the management team also (including yourself) to bridge the 'us' vs. 'them' gap.
When everyone is working for the good of the company, all of us are in the same boat rowing in the same direction. If there are two (or more) parties, then our boat loses direction because people are rowing in different directions.
It is not easy to bridge this gap and it involves a lot of work from the HR team and commitment from the management team. Once you win the trust of everyone that what you are doing is for the common good and that you will not hurt any one (or any group), your training modules will be more effective.
Do think about it. Thank you.

Hi! Asraf,
Situations like these are not uncommon but cause tremendous stress in those involved in it- participants in the strike and resolvers on the management side.
What is required here is excellent negotiation skilss which i am sure your organisations possess as it has been able to resolve the ongoing strike. But more than it requires indepth assessment of the root cause and then taking adequate measures. OURJA is a group of professionals in the areas of Behavioral Management, Psychotherapy, Counseling, Guidance and Personality Development to cater to the emotional and psychological issues faced by individuals at their work and in their personal lives.
We could discuss and prepeare a customised module for you.

Dear Sir
Thank you for pointing out that fact to me. I guess this is one of the first prejudices we have to tackle. My aim is now to align all employees to the Company vision and in the process sort out any differences they might have with each other. As i had mentioned in my previous post, i think it would involve some kind of Behavioral Training. Can you please guide me on how to go about it.
Regards
Ashraf
