Hi all! I am a resident of Hyderabad, India. I came across a person who has promised me to get me a job through backdoor process in an MNC(name confidential). He is charging Rs.1.4Lakh of which Rs.15k has to be paid initially, and then the rest through monthly installments, from the salary I bag. My question is \"Does BACKDOOR JOBS really exist?\" Have you or any of your acquaintances got a job through this process? I know there are over 95% frauds out there, but is there even a minute chance to get a job through that process? The person says that I will be attending the interview as per the regular process at the office, its just that I need not be worried over the selection, as the head of the HR panel will be the person in contact. Kindly give your valuable suggestions and also mention the source of the knowledge. Thanks

Even if there are some chances of these entries in organizations, how will you make sure that the person you are referring to is a genuine one. You can never know.
Post your CV here, I am sure someone shall be able to help you.

Dear

Very well agree with Atul sharma's Post.

Such back door jobs will not stand very long and by such you will only ruin your career by your own hands .

once you get black listed , just imagine "the worst" for you and your family in the rest of life span.....

So have patience and work hard , try with all passion in you for the right job your looking for.

You will surely have a job in your Hand in no time.

Also want to give one Suggestion that don't look for Money in the beginning of the career. The start will be slow but once you perform will gradually will get good hike, promotion etc......

Hope you get the Point and just go through the story

A young man wished to marry the farmer's beautiful daughter. He went to the farmer to ask his permission.

The farmer looked at him and said, "Son, go stand out in that field. I'm going to release three bulls, one at a time. If you can catch the tail of any one of the three bulls, you can marry my daughter."

The young man stood in the field awaiting the first bull. The barn door opened and out came the biggest, meanest looking bull he had ever seen.

He decided that one of the next bulls had to be a better choice than this one, so he ran over to the side and let the bull pass through.

The barn door opened again. Unbelievable. He had never seen anything so big and fierce in his life. It stood pawing the ground, it eyed him. Whatever the next bull was like, it had to be a better choice than this one he thought. He ran to the fence and let the bull pass through.

The door opened a third time. A smile came across his face. This was the weakest bull he had ever seen. This one was his bull, he said to himself. As the bull came running by, he positioned himself just right and jumped at just the exact moment. He threw his hands to grab..... But alas..... The bull had no tail.

Life is full of opportunities. Always grab the first one

Thanks Anand for the wonderful story!

Dear Mohdrafi12,

I don't say that there is no backdoor entry jobs. However I would like to let you know that these kind of jobs does not last long. Even if you opt for a job by paying money, you would always have the thought that your job is secured as you have paid money and nothing will happen even if you don't perform. It might also be that, the person/broker/consultant is just referring and you get the job by your own capabilities, and still you pay the person, assuming that he was the trunk of the process.

An incident with one of a reputed company where I worked, once when an employee was called in to discuss about his attitude issue, and while probing, he stated that "why should I change my attitude when I had paid for this job". This actually created a resentment in me and then when investigated about this, we found out that one of the SPM had given assurance/promised about the job and had taken some amount, after the offer letter was issued.

And so on the reason goes...

This is not gonna help you in anyway. It would be better if you would rather stand away from all these mess and try to hunt a job by your own. Good luck!

These kind of promises are fake.
These people are into the business of making money by fooling and robbing the fresh and unemployed people on the pretext of getting them a lucrative job.
They would take the money and vanish.
Please do not fall prey to these "lucrative offers".
Whatever job you get on your own merits is always better.

Mdrafi, I guess you did not get what others mentioned above, If you are keen about taking backdoor, why did you need any suggestion.
as told by the others, even if you get an entry, you cant withstand long, because the route that you have taken is not right path.
If you still want to try, Please go ahead & welcome your own problems as a guest. Imagine you getting blacklisted.
Im sure you are still on the hope to bag a job through backdoor. make sure you do not get cheated.

Thanks for sharing this thing here ... Everybody who is related to recruitment know about this process and let me tell you there are a lot of people who has already fallen prey to the same. We condemn it very strongly and we advise you to out rightly reject the talks for same. When people will stop paying them then and then only these persons will stop this kind of work. But many times companies don't pay to consultancies and allow them to charge to candidates, but in this scenario a genuine consultant don't charge more than 8.33 i.e one month salary (Most commonly for fresher candidate) .
