Please let me know that what is the maximum limit of vpf employee side. how ever the employer pf limit will same as 12%.
But somebody tells that there is no bar of employee vpf. employee can contribute 100% of their basic wage. and somebody telling employee vpf% is 24 %, 36% respectively.
we have one employee whose basic more than 6500. he was previously contributing 24%. Now he urging to contribute the 100% of pf basic wage ceiling.
Its my strong urge to you to guide me about it. if there is any pf amendment notice so please show it regarding employee vpf.
