Hi
Once employee submitted resignation in written the resignation is documented. Employee can withdraw his resignation subject to the concurrence of the Employer. Because resignation is an voluntary act from the employee. Revoke of resignation on the lastworking day is also possible provided employer is willing to accept.
As far resignation acceptance is concerned employer cannot reject the resignation forcibly but can request/convince employee to withdraw it. However vin case of any misconduct from the employee side employee cannot evade the disciplinary process by submitting the resignation, especially during domestic enquiry
