Dear All, I would like to know whether 4 new labor codes have been implemented as laws. As I understand, so far, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Punjab as well as Jammu & Kashmir have published draft rules for the codes while others were in different stages of finalizing them.
Any further update on this, please. I tried to google this info however not able to get the right one. pl help

The implementation of the code is yet to be done. The date of the notification will be notified by the government.
It was expected to be April 1, 2022 but since nothing is done yet, I guess you need to wait
