Motricity is in the process of opening offices in India (Gurgaon & Mumbai) and I am working on our India Employee Handbook. Would someone please be kind enough to send me a sample handbook?

Assuming, that the offices in India would be the offshore development centres, please do consider this Employee Handbook, as used in an IT firm in India. But it is primarily a reference for you. The requirement within your office would/might be a little different, including culture, the way you design benefits, hierarchy and workforce demography with division of fresher and laterals. It would further depend on the business model including a product development, maintenance and support based work managed in these centres.
